One of my photography meetup groups assembled in the San Francisco Financial District last evening to do a photowalk to find lines and angles in the architecture of the City’s skyline. Great opportunity to use your creative minds to create different compositions while standing next to your peers shooting the same buildings.
Then I remembered that its door blogging time so I looked for some doors to shoot. The photo below was taken at the Transamerica Pyramid Building and I think the message is quite clear, don’t bother knocking or attempting to enter the garage here.
The next door has a sign on the glass, it says Equilibrium. I guess the address, 555 can’t get more Equilibrium than that.
Thanks for visiting my blog and thanks to Norm 2.0 for his Thursday Doors blog. For more blogs and photos of doors by others please go to: Thursday Doors
Five five five certainly is balanced, I love that you noticed that. It made me smile.

What fun, and two great doors too! Looking for doors at the Pyramid Bldg isn’t something you think of or see often!

Pretty interesting doors. I’ve seen the barricades in other cities. A sign of the times I guess.

I believe the security gates were installed right after 911.
